Meet Alicia

Committed To Your Success

Alicia Vargas founded Vine Attorney Search in 2021 to do legal recruiting differently. After nearly two decades in the industry, she wanted the freedom to work only with clients she respects and to approach every search with honesty, care, and intention.

Alicia created Vine to break away from the transactional reputation often associated with recruiting—no pushing candidates into roles, no mass resume submissions, and no shortcuts. Her approach is strategic and consultative. She listens first, asks the right questions, and takes the time to understand both the culture of the firm and the goals of each attorney.

Known for her integrity, deep market knowledge, and commitment to doing what’s right for everyone involved, Alicia prioritizes long-term success over quick wins. Her mission is simple: to create placements that truly work—for both law firms and the attorneys who power them.
